As part of Designer's Days 2010, a design exhibition has opened at Docks en Seine (from June 9th to 14th 2010). The venue is opening to the public for the first time as a taster for the Cité de la Mode & du Design. Entrance through 34 quai d'Austerlitz.

The MUDAC, Musée de design et d’arts appliqués contemporainsin Lausanne, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, just like Designer's Days. 10/10 is the title of the exhibition which gives carte blanche to designers such as Matali Crasset, Marcello Morandini, Martí Guixé, Yves Béhar, Baldwin & Guggisberg, Constantin Boym, INOUT, Florence Doléac, Mieke Gerritzen and Pierre Charpin.

The group of designers SEPT (Claudia Del Bubba, Béatrix de la Tour d'Auvergne, Marc Kandalaft, Marc-Herbert Möhlmann, Maude Möhlmann, Anne-Laure Trierweiler, Birgitte Trosby), have taken their inspiration from the number 10 and are using the triangle as the basis of their designs. The number 10 in fact corresponds to the sum of 1+2+3+4 thus representing the triangular shape par excellence.
